Let meh explain, i just push a car recently (there was 2 guys helping me) like 2 blocks of distance, and at the end of day i felt like a was run out by a car, couldn't get up from bed these days, hurts a lot = =

i thought DUD IT WAS JUST A FEW METERS, and you're feeling like your arms exploded XD

Hmmm i should try some exercise or something, i'm feeling weak after dat
