Description "One thing, looking over my shoulder
Is the thought that it won't last
I've got to give it this, it's moving fast
Better make a mark before it all passes

Whoever thought that they had doubts had better think again
You cannot begin to understand all the things I am
That's for sure
If my world falls to pieces, will you still be there to pick me up?"

Pick Me Up - Soil

-Full view please, naturally.
-This was inspired by the concept of movies such as Resident Evil and I Am Legend, a picture I saw a long time ago, and the story I'm currently writting.
-To put it simply: there was a freak gene mutation (it's thoroughly explained in the story, as thoroughly as I can explain it without having gone to medical school, that is) and an infection spread. Yeah yeah, I know, the story has been told many times. But what can I say? I like it. The thing is, though, the infection didn't whipe out the world's population... the military did.
-The city has a green tint to it because the earth is taking everything back, if you get what I mean.
-What? Hay bails? I thought the infection whiped people out. Yeah, it did, but not everyone. Hey, people need something to do in all their free time.
-Actually, I liked the contrast of country and city...
-Enjoy.

I really like the little cyclone in air there, adds something nice to it
and the woman almost seems like she isn't there but then she has that glance like she's staring right at you
the buildings in the background really give the sense of nature correcting mans wrongs and rebirthing itself as it always does so that maybe she(as in the earth) will get another chance

I'm sure the story following this will be ace

Well thank you very much. I should put a bigger size up, because it looks that much better, but I can't until next week. Hm...

If I ever get around to writing more... would you like to read it some time?
