Description
An Orb I made using the sticker buttons from =kAtz93 's Sticker Buttons:thumb154210979:
It contains a 64bit and 32bit explorer.exe file (you can use these with this [link] ) and a bitmap + =kAtz93 's original files.
Thank you =kAtz93 for allowing me to make my first Win7 Start Orb ^^

how come when i try to move this it says i dont have permission even though i just gave it permission?

You mean replacing the explorer.exe file currently in existence?
Make sure that you are attempting to patch this from an Administrative account and that you have ownership of the current explorer.exe file. It may also be a good idea to completely turn off User Account Control (though I do not believe this truly has an effect aside from the annoying prompts >.<).
If you use my Orb Installer (found on my profile) you can eliminate the need to take ownership of the file as it should do that for you. You'd only need to be on an Admin account ^^
