Excerpt from a New Englander Society Newspaper column:
There was one point, during the occasion when Countess Terra was recounting of her adventures to the New England Freemason Ladies Association that she mentioned the first time that Mister Harwell had recused her after being surrounded by a rather large group of undead fiends in Debrecen. She stated that, "he had daringly swung down on a loop of rope and I managed to leap up and clench him, balls deep, around the waist." They were then lifted aloft to a Hungarian Imperial Airship assisting in the containment of the risen dead. Afterwards there was quite a bit of unladylike tittering from the younger ladies of the association. This was haughtily disapproved of by more mature, hence older, ladies of the Association, who considered these outburst somewhat unflattering and rude. However once the explanation of the phrase "balls deep" was provided and these more mature ladies of the Association came to understand its meaning, there was a decision to withdraw the previous offer to Countess Terra, to address their Association...ever again.

This social ostracization does not appear to have been noticed by Countess Terra, or if it has not affected her recounting of the matter or her affection for Mister Harwell in the least.
