Slash: You wanted me, right? Well here I am!

PENE: Finally. Target in sight, initiating combat mode.

Slash: Lucky me, 'cause I'm combat ready!

After the P.E.N.E android (a WIP for a good name) was heavily damaged in the fight against Cinder, she was given to Watts and was repaired; to the best of his abilities. However, during the process he slips in a virus created by Shockwave, granting Shockwave remote control over it when he deems necessary, as well as giving the android a few new upgrades, and one mission to complete; capture and retrieve the Winter Maiden at all costs.

Throughout volume 7, Slash has been feeling insecure and uncomfortable in her new skin every time she's near her old body, now upgraded to focus on being more of an attack drone rather than a guardian in disguise. Of course, Pietro does her best to comfort Slash, as he was her father before (and still is), but even then it's still not enough. Due to mixed feeling with her past life and her current one beginning to stir conflict within herself, she would feel as though she isn't good enough to be part of The Dinobots. Yes, Grimlock does save her and bring her back as something alien, but in her revival she losses many of her weapons, strengths, everything she believed made her useful; but that's never the case when you're part of The Dinobots.
