It seems to me that Soundwave would own this fight. Heβs an excellent and experienced combatant with a few tricks up his sleeve (or chest I should say). Whilst Ruby herself has shown to be a capable fighter, I donβt see her winning in any scenario. Soundwave could literally distort her hearing with his sound frequencies. As for Rubyβs silver eyes, they would be unlikely to have any effect upon Cybertronians, as sheβs only been able to petrify Grimm and injure Cinder. On the other hand, Soundwave has been shown to defeat distinguished Autobot warriors with little effort.
