Yeah I'd be the same. Besides there's no telling what that horned crazy idiot would do with Hero. I mean he might not have his powers but if he has powerful enough magic to remove the demon's powers and knock him out then who knows what other things he could do.
Though I find it hilarious he mocks Skye for throwing a stick at him and then is surprised by her throwing a boulder at his face (which he 100% deserved).
Him: Is that the best you can do?
Skye: Nope, this is!
Him: Wait what the heck you hit me with a big rock!
Skye: Wait I actually hit you with that? Cool!
