He's from Star Wars Episode 5 Empire Strikes Back.
He's seen when Darth Vader calls Bounty Hunters to the Super-Star Destroyer, Executor. Dengar is the human wrapped in bandages and has brown armour. He is also quite portly, or at least I think so.
