The Sad thing is it will never happen =/ 
Now that Skylanders is really popular with the kiddies and Spyro was used to sell it out in the beginning of SkyLanders =/ 
The Last I heard of Crash is the titan games he had then the racing games he's had

Spyro and Crash Bandicoot were amazing in those years we all remember 
But they will never be put back into action
Kiddies are loving new things 
Especially those character models -___-
Their cool and all, but I don't find them that appealing 
But least some of us had time to enjoy the best parts of Spyro and Crash
Also Spyro was made by Insomniac but was given to Sony 
The company that owns him now its just getting money out of Spyro by putting him in SkyLanders =/

(sigh) Yeah, I know sadly Activision still owns Crash and Spyro, man, they've been ruining my childhood, and I've never even payed attention to Skylanders because it's making Spyro worse, buying a complete set of figures is a waste of money and Spyro looks like sh*t, see, this is one of the reasons why Skylanders is an overrated game series, and it needs to die in a horrible death, Activision should sell Crash and Spyro back to Sony. I know Crash: Mind over Mutant was Crash's last game on console while his racing games on mobile devices were the last of him. I also know that Naughty Dog created Crash while Insomniac created Spyro, Universal Interactive (Crash and Spyro's former owners until they merged with Activision in 2008 to form Activision Blizzard) and Sony Computer Entertainment published the Crash and Spyro games on the PS1. Anyways yeah I really can tell how much of a stubborn and greedy company Activision really is, and I wish Universal Interactive never even force Sony, Naughty Dog and Insomniac to stop working on Crash and Spyro games together! -_-

Сейчас в играх это суют как развлекалку.Я бы понимала,если собирая всё барахло открывали новые миры или это влияло как-то на сюжет :с
Например, в Дарксайдерс 2 мне было исключительно лень собирать все камни и ингредиенты,которые были нужны персонажам сХ
А вот в МедиИвле хочется собрать все чёртовы кубки,чего бы это не стоило! Q_____Q

Есть сейчас некоторые игры, которые дают награду за сбор барахла, но их мало, сейчас могу вспомнить только Just Cause 2, там ищешь запчасти и на них открываешь себе разные апгрейды для персонажа, но частей этих нужно просто бешеное количество, общее количество барахла, которое нужно найти переваливает за 1000 наверн, и оно не просто на полу валяется, ну эт тоже беребор.
Сейчас вообще в игры много развлекалок пихают, потому что народ уже просто пройти игру не может, нужны разные достижения дополнительный контент... раньше все было проще, купил в палатке диск за 70р и играй себе сколько влезет, не надо париться по поводу ачивок и всякой дребедени, которую нам навеял "технологический прогресс".

Наверное,не каждый решался собрать всё полностью ._.
Можно было просто играть и радоваться,что вообще играешь Х,D
Особенно когда были приставки.Столько было хороших идея для игр!Жалко,что многие забросили
Спайро уже не тот,когда выпустили Скайлендрс,а МедиИвл вообще непонятно как закончили во второй части
