Character Information
Personality: In both his pichu and pikachu forms, Yue is rather cold and indifferent, easily angry and more then a bit of a loner. He's quiet and calculating, preferring to observe from afar then actually interact with others, very rarely will he approach someone to talk. After his evolution into a raichu, he gets more arrogant and a bit more outgoing even if he is a bit more, well lets say mean about it. He still retains some of his aloofness, in that if someone doesn't interest him in more then 5 seconds, he completely and blatantly ignores them.
At a Glance: Cold, Indifferent and Stand-offish; gets angry somewhat easily. What a weirdo.
Closer Bond: Tends to get slightly clingy if you manage to get close to him, not necessarily any "warmer" but he'll be more inclined to hang around you and talk to you. Probably show a bit more curiosity towards you, asking what you're doing and why. Actually shows a bit of emotion.

Relationships
Anne :: His. Do not touch. He's deeply in love with her and is extremely protective of her. Will publicly display affection towards her in small ways unless someone else starts flirting with her, in which case, all bets are off and he turns into the most jealous, catty girlboyfriend.

Ash :: These two always seem to be in an argument whenever they're in the same vicinity, even going as far as to start hitting each other or possibly an all out fist-fight.

Zwei :: Much kinder to Zwei then he is Ash, makes it a point to check on him frequently. Doesn't mind affection from this particular brother and will more often then naught return said affection.

Neku :: Friend? Annoyance? Who the hell knows, Yue seems to tolerate Neku's presence which is shocking since chus like Neku usually irritate the living daylights of Yue. He doesn't understand most of his jokes however and usually responds in a rather bored and somewhat confused tone.

- He's almost completely deaf, he gets very annoyed when people whisper around him because of this
- Likes to be outside, especially at night
- A sign of affection of him is him wrapping the ends of his scarf around another, to him this actual extremely intimate since it means physical contact
