Description
Another page from the Minutemare's archives. outlining some of the different types of muskets.I really like the cogwheel design of the Laser musket.Β
One thing that puts the laser musket apart from other weapons is how highly customize-ableΒ it is. It can be made to fit the need of every mare. making every rifle in some way unique. Some might recharge their musket by pulling a stirrup lever, others by cranking a lever, or others by turning a handle. (Though recharging the laser musket by lever requires two free hooves. and the only ponies who naturally have their hooves free are the pegasi) Some unicorns might not even have a trigger on their musket, but use their own magic to charge and fire the weapon.
The musket has a unusually high stopping power for a laser rifle. and by overcharging the chamber it can deliver a blast that would give those power armor ponies a reason to duck. Focusing lenses made from magic crystal can further increase the power of the beam, as well as provide accuracy that rivals the one of a factory crafted sniper rifle. Or - If you can turn the crank fast enough - can lay down a light show of weaker shots at an almost machine gun automatic speed.
Some say the weapon harbors back to the earliest incarnations of laser weapons developed during the great war. Others say that it was invented from scrap in the post megaspell world.
regardless: Its a true testament to wasteland ingenuity.
what do you think: Was the laser musket used by the early equestrian forces in the great pony-zebra resource war. Or is it a solely post war invention.

I love the outfits these ponies are wearing. They fit the Minute Men(ahem.. Mares) but surprisingly less Fallout because of how well kept the outfits are. It's not a critique but just something i noticed.
Great job
