Yep, another Kingdom Hearts genderbend :') Please don't hurt me. I just love gender-swapping this series SO much! I did all of the Kingdom Hearts 2 characters last year, so I really want to finish their KH1 forms as well :').

I always have so much trouble with 'Kai' (Kairi in case anyone is confused xD) because it's not too hard to make the male characters outfits a little more feminine, but making Kairi's outfits more masculine always poses a challenge. Still, Kairi is one of my favorite characters in the series to gender-swap because it's so interesting to have the girls trying to save him to flip the whole, 'damsel ins distress' thing on its head.
So, what have I changed and what have I kept the same? I actually kept the hairstyle much the same. In the KH2 version I did last year I made it a little longer than this and a little more spiked up (reminiscent of Sora's hairstyle xD), so in this picture it's a bit shorter and...not spiked xD. I kept the choker and the necklace exactly the same. I also kept the tank-tops the same xD. Originally I was just going to give him the black one that Kairi wears underneath the white one, but then I sketched the white one over it and it still works okay so I figured I'd just keep it xD. The main difference is that there's more of the under-top showing than Kairi has. I kept both the upper arm band and the lower one, and just made the lower one more of a fabric-bandage-type thing, similar to the one that Riku wears in KH2. The bangles on his right wrist are there as well. Obviously I wasn't going to give him a skirt....this skirt was the most challenging thing to change. I wasn't sure if I wanted to give him shorts or pants, because honestly, I HATE Sora's bodysuit/shorts in the first game, and I HATE Riku's puffy pants x'D...so I just gave him less-puffy shorts . I did keep the belt the same though. As for the shoes, they've pretty similar to Kairi's but just a little less rounded and with less detail. I've seen guys wearing shoes like this and I can't remember what they're called x'D...and they usually wear them with shorts as well, so I think...or at least HOPE that this works well enough .
