this error is the absolute god of background static. you know what cosmic background radiation is from the big bang of the universe, well that might as well be what background static is to the meta Undertale alternative universes, he's always watching, the static sees all and knows all. his power out matches all other error/glitch related class sanses. his static cables as he likes to refer to them as have the power to drain any lifeform that of it's code, but the ones that pack the most appetite are the ones full of glitches and errors, so that's why he mostly sticks to them as his energy source, but at this point he doesn't even need it anymore so he kinda just does it for something to do to pass the time when he's bored. he wears a hoodie like cloak, a elbow lengthed gray shirt with knee low blank gray shorts. if you want to put it simply he's kinda like the one punch man of the error/glitch sanses.
