Description
Vex comes from the a universe known as Verse 13, in this dystopian universe the natural law of magical and biological organics had gotten so corrupt that everything would have to start relying on technology to continue the process. in this new revelation, the CyberCity Project had been proposed, a fully technologically advanced city that would use most of every resource they had available to ensure it's functionality, but like every cool plan, it had draw backs, shortage of goods and other resources, mass panic, etc. Vex is the face/mascot of CyberHex, the corporation that funds the CyberCity Project, but due to rebelliousness and not following protocol, she now has a pretty penny out for her head, this leads to a certain mercenary taking the hit, a certain someone known as Cyber Dust. yeah so that basically the idea for the universe that Cyber Dust and Vex come from so far.
