Target has a magazine for employees called RED. They had a contest for the cover of the October issue for team members to submit their own artwork. I procrastinated for over a week that I knew about it, mentally shuffling some ideas around. kicked my butt and got me working on it the day before it was due, cuz I'm lazy like that, and she's not LOL. Got the lines done after 4 other thumbnailed ideas. Scanned it in, changed facial details cuz he was too mean and villainy looking. Dropped in some quick colors (started at 6pm and it was now 3am!) and submitted...

...Only to get an automated reply that the submission mailbox email was full and not receiving any. Missed the deadline time cuz I was at work (irony!) but resubmitted anyways, including the error message in case they took leniency on me. We'll see in 2 months if it worked.
