You've got some nice concepts here, did you plan them out before drawing out the final composition?

Nope, it was all off the cuff. I put the center figure (Axemaster) in and built it all off of him. I didn't even know which characters were going in the pic and chose from my stable of characters as I went, even creating the tiger-ish guy in the lower left as an original within the piece to fill the space. Thanks for the compliment

Do you remember how much time to have taken to draw this?

I did all the characters in pencil (figuring poses and layouts) in about 3 hours, inking was about another 6 hours or so maybe... about maybe 10 hours total over a few days' time
