Oh my god, I've literally had this file sitting on my computer since it was on dA... I just love TOO many characters, so it's really tough to pick! This doesn't even include my favorite american animated cartoon characters... oh well, maybe another day~Can you guess them all? ;DDD Some are REALLY easy, others aren't quite so much.

I don't know a lot of Japanese stuff, but...
2 is Totoro, 5 is Knuckles, 6 is Pikachu (and a psyduck in the background?), 7 is Yoshi, and...yeah.
I'm sure you drew them awesomely, I just don't know them... XD

That explains why I did not know them xD. I've never heard of any of those. Though when I looked up Golden Boy, the character still looked very familar. Probably saw him in an AMV or something.
