NEW CHARACTER TIIIME~~So uh I've been doodling this chick nonstop at my internship, so figured I might as well compile some of the pics into a reference, lmao.
This is LEIGH. She is super competitive. She loves sports and has a lot of really odd, useless talents (such as being great at boardwalk games, serious rap battle skills, and awesome sandcastle building abilities, and more). She is not a very good sport/hates losing. Her favorite sports are soccer, lacrosse, and volleyball. She also loves swimming.
She is a pterodactyl monster girl.. thing (VERY roughly based on a pterodactyl lololol). She uses her little wingears as an extra pair of hands half the time. They're also very useful when she swims.
UH YEAH THAT'S ALL I GOT SO FAR LOLOLOL. I'll probs be drawing more of her at my internship today/tomorrow, so expect to see more of this weirdo!

Why do you say that? I said I know of his characters (his stuff is awesome and so is the character) and his work inspires me, but that being said, they are quite different. Please, explain this to me.

She certainly has an interesting design! I especially like the little wings on the side of her head, and her stumpy tail. They make her look all the more adorable.
Her color scheme is really nice, too. The pinky-red hair looks nice with the lavender, and I just love the teal spots on her knees/hips/cheeks. The teal tongue is also a nice idea.
And I love her outfit. It's simple, but looks nice with the rest of her design~ <3

Aww that's a shame! :c You should make some female characters then- either that or pick some friend's female characters and practice them. The only way to improve your skills is though practice : D So keep at it! Your men are already really good, just gotta keep trying with the women!

Yeah >8I I'm really close into a box when it comes to drawing if I look at how big of a range.... I guess in a way I am. I might try some stuff .3. for some reason practicing drawing children then drawing a girl after that helps =3= I guess the body frame and ect is smaller? I don't know XD
