Description
Roger is curious of what happened to the little Jack Russell terrier's art style and why he has bare movements. The young dog toon explained that he was specifically created for Hanna-Barbera's TV cartoons through the simple process of limited animation.UPDATE (11/26/2019): Added cel shading to make Roger different from Matt's flat colored TV cartoon look.

I never was crazy about Hanna-Barbera.
In one ,maybe retcon, Warner cartoon, the 3 siblings were taken out of that water tower and loaned to Hanna-Barbera, while repairs were made.
But they did NOT enjoy being limited-animation.

Except Hanna-Barbera was parodied as Phil and Schmoe, because Warner Bros. didn't own the rights to Hanna-Barbera during that time.
