Other than being in the same gym, no relation. Infighting is what happens when one or (mostly) both fighters are INside the other one's guard.
A special subset of wrestling is called All-In Wrestling. Here, once the two bodies touch, you can't back off or break apart for any reason until the fight ends.
That's hard, tough and energy intensive.
