Sana seems to have gotten something stuck in her nose and just can't get it out as much as she tries. It's starting to really get on her nerves. What could possibly be lodged in there that is causing her such destress? Oh well, the feeling will go away eventually.

Next up on the request list is Beeg Sana requested by HalfTimeGuy . It's not often I get to do pictures like this so it was very fun. I know that nose and snot isn't for everyone but I like it so I'll keep drawing it if people keep requesting it.
