This is Slayzer a powered bounty hunter and oddly a friend of AL-X , they were in the same drop team. He can manipulate light to form light shields weapons ( he prefers forming energy weapons ) or fire laser bolts or photon blasts or a blinding flash , he can fly even reach the speed of light for a few sec and see various light frequency . All so posses slightly enhanced strength and endurance ( Olympic athlete ) and is modestly resent to low caliber weapons but high resistance to various forms of energy.
