Concept for my version of the Cosmic Custodian. It's actually a combination of the Earth-A pdsh.wikia.com/wiki/Cosmic_Cus… and Earth-i pdsh.wikia.com/wiki/Cosmic_Cus… versions

Cosmic Custodian is an "Open-Source Character" and may be used by anyone. The only rule about using either version is that your work must have this notation:
"Earth-A, Athena (Earth-A) , Cosmic Custodian, and Scarlet Stalker (Earth-A) were created by Michael P. and are available for use by anyone, with only one condition: This paragraph must be included in any publication involving Earth-A, Athena, Cosmic Custodian, and Scarlet Stalker, in order that others may use these properties as they wish. All rights reversed."
While their adventures, as well as their various artistic interpretations, are under copyright to their respective creators, the characters and ideas are free for anyone and everyone to use. The displayed image has been declared public domain to give creators a starting point.
