Hordak is planning to give She-Ra a little present - - namely about two hundred arrows delivered by the squad of archers just off panel. Nothing personal, mind you.I never watched She-Ra. The design of the character isn't bad, but I just couldn't take Filmation Studio's ultra cheap limited animation, their constant reuse of stock animation and their terrible musical tracks. I could barely stand what Hanna-Barbera was churning out during that period. Filmation was like a hot poker right through the temple.

I agree. I guess they thought since that formula "worked" with the 1966 Superman cartoons, they'd continue using it. They were doing the exact same thing in '73 when they were awarded the contract to do Star Trek.

I always liked the designs of the villains though She-Ra was missing the awesomeness that was Skeletor it did have a lot more babes (and of course this crazy lady [link] )
Sadly the animation was par for the course, some people miss the 70s/80s cartoons and I have a certain nostalgia for it but I don't miss the way production was done, that's for sure!!

I had the same problem but many loved it to judge by the cosplayers I've seen. They re-did He-Man a few years back, too bad they don't do the same to her. Good work with the eyes on She-Ra.
