I really like how you've set this up. It's too bad that it's over-exposed (burned out in the sky and on the arm). since you've shooting digital you should follow a tip I once get which have helped me alot:
allway under-expose your pics a bit, and then make them brighter on the computer. in digital pictures, areas that are burned out are lost information, but shaddows can allways be made brighter...

The framing depth of field is nice, the glasses could be a little more centerd horizontally, but I like where they sit vertically in the picture plane.

good depth of field and very vivid colours. I think the only thing I would do differently is try to have the sunglasses centred within the frame a bit better. both width and lengthwise.

honestly, i dont think i would change this photo at all.
other than that personally i would probably shrink the image down just a bit and add a border just to make it easier to view here on DA (be sure to keep a copy of the full size!)
but yeah, as far as the piece itself, its very well made!

strange and rather un interesting shot until you zoom in and lookcloser you can actually see the reflection of the camera on the rim of the glasses. tho by the sounds of things your friend fell over and you took a photo cheese your nice
