Hi everyone!!! It's been a long time hasn't it?? Sorry about the disappearing off the face of the planet thing!! Things have gotten really busy, like I have 2 jobs now and have been working all summer and whatnot. BUT I was able to do this last night cuz I had some free time and REALLY REALLY wanted to do it!
Without further ado, I present to you Alec and Magnus! YAY! If any of you guys have read the Mortal Instruments series, then you'll know who they are They're my 2 favorite characters from the book. Simon's my third, but I didn't put him in here
Anyway, it totally worked out cuz they got together in the 3rd book and I was like, hey that's pretty awesome! And the best part is, is that they are totally cannon(officially paired in the books)!!
Anyway, I just felt like drawing them together because I really like their relationship. It's sweet, and I feel like they actually grow throughout the books, so it's nice to see that. I like Jace and Clary too, but these guys are my favorite.
This took me about 10 hours (fastest time ever!!!! seriously, I don't know how I managed it!) and it's just ink. I wanted to have that kind of detached feel so I didn't want to clutter it up with color. Hopefully the lines look okay, I made some of them to think OTL.
Please ignore Magnus's left arm. I have no idea where it's coming from! Oh and Alec's legs disappear into nothingness. I was going to crop it differently, but I liked it better this way, so we only get half of Alec's legs.
Anyway, I'm really happy with the way this turned out!! So enjoy!
