I've been debating putting up this work because it's just been so difficult to figure out how to do the subject matter justice mostly concerning the coloration. This is the final product after much deliberation! A little back story for ya as well: from what I can remember being told while attending this college years ago, the pink trees (cherry blossoms to my recollection) in this picture only blossomed for one week every year, two at most, hence the namesake of the artwork.
