Well here it is, the end result of the SEGA ALL STARS Project I started awhile ago. Thanks to Uni projects, I just had no free time to work on this image, but excuses aside here it is in all of its glory.
Before I name the characters, I would like to note that my character choices could have been better. originally I was going to have 2 characters for each series but that idea went out the window as I started to add more and more characters to the list. In the end it just turned into trying to make sure each series had at least one rep.
I know I missed some important ones like Legend of Oasis Dragon Force and of course the original Shinobi, so bring on the rage comments.

Thanks a bunch for making this and remembering to include the characters that need love the most, like Mr. Harrier, Alex, Alis, SEGATA SANSHIRO, Jack and Sarah, Ristar, even Vectorman!

Nice! Although I would of love to see more classic Phantasy Star and Shining Force characters. To of made more room, I wouldn't of put as many Sonic charcters (but its obvious that Sonic would have a great majority) Should of also had a Menacer in the mix.

Just played Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed and it's surprisingly excellent for a Mario Kart clone! Unlike in MK7's glider, the plane form can actually fly, for instance! Nice pic to match the mood!
