Well here it is, the end result of the SEGA ALL STARS Project I started awhile ago. Thanks to Uni projects, I just had no free time to work on this image, but excuses aside here it is in all of its glory.
Before I name the characters, I would like to note that my character choices could have been better. originally I was going to have 2 characters for each series but that idea went out the window as I started to add more and more characters to the list. In the end it just turned into trying to make sure each series had at least one rep.
I know I missed some important ones like Legend of Oasis Dragon Force and of course the original Shinobi, so bring on the rage comments.

Jeez, this must've taken forever! You have quite the list. I squeed when I saw Ulala, Morolians, the Nightmaren, EDEN, Puyos, and Chao! I also yelled "FFFYEEAAAHHHH BAYONETTAAAAA" when I saw her. It isn't really important to fans that she's a SEGA character, to but it's great to include her <3

You have worked very hard on this well done!. For me the only character who you have missed is Jack Wade from Headhunter (love that game) and maybe put another character in from the other series such as Tillis or Aika. Overall great job.

Segata Sanshiro! Very awesome. I'd say you got all the most important characters. Even managing to fit something in from Rez is uncommon in Sega fan art. Nicely done.

Hahaha, I can't believe people are trying to point out ones you missed. This is absolutely incredible! I had to laugh out loud a little when I saw the Baku Duck -- when was the last time HE came to mind!? This has filled me with so much nostalgia, being the Segaphile that I am. Sure, I could pull a "WHAERE'S SEAMAN!?" but seeing Candy, Temjin, Lagi, the Hornet, Vyse, Ryo Hazuki, Space Harrier, Opa-Opa, NiGHTS, Ecco the Dolphin, Alis Landale, Metal Sonic, Ristar, Synbios, Shou Ayabane, and above all SEGATA SANSHIRO, DEKU, AND THE FREAKIN' BAKU DUCK all in the same place just warms my heart. I'll be sure to show this to those poor, ignorant souls next time I hear someone say "All Sega ever had was Sonic" between rounds of Super Smash Bros.

haha Glad you like it. But yea, SEGA is proberly the one company I know that has a hugh Cast of Characters that can (almost) stand toe to toe with nintendo's group of wacky characters. Sure some of them may not be as memerable as say, Sonic or NiGHTs but SEGA is sitting under a Gold Mine of forgotten Charcters, Really wished they would acknowledge them every once in a while, After all I grew up with these guys haha.
Really wished I could have included them all, but hey, theres always next time.... hahah
