So, I’m sure everyone’s noticed this, but whenever Gang Orca talks in his hero outfit, all you can see is his nose moving and it’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. Because of this, chances are I would just boop his nose after he’s done talking. Sorry Kuugo but you’re just too cute!
So have a comic of Aki booping his nose! I also wanted to try to make a comic without dialogue and just let the pictures speak for themselves (albeit I probably failed with the boop in there). Either way, have a cute comic! :3

Whales and Dolphins are cousins if I am not mistaken. And there are videos out there of dolphins and whales "sneezing" on people. It's when they shoot water out of their blow holes.

Anyway, two ideas, both of which have to do with Captain Ahab from the Moby Dick story.
What if Gang Orca had an irrational fear of Captain Ahab and maybe Aki comforts him when he sees a cosplay?
Or maybe a more EPIC one where Gang Orca is fighting Captain Ahab?

Never read MD actually, so I'm a little lost. He's the crazy captain obsessed with getting the whale right?
Not to mention, I don't know if that could work because despite looking like an Orca, Kuugo is in fact human. Not to mention, with how he is in the manga and anime, I don't know if he would be scared of that.
Then again, I made up my own scenario that might strike fear into anyone.

So you All for One right? He steals other peoples quirks to give to himself and other people. What are the chances he sees Aki's quirk as useful against other people and wants to take her quirk. But here's the kicker, he was so severely damaged from his last fight that it left him without eyes, so instead of just taking her quirk, he takes her eyes out completely.
Of course, Kuugo was only able to hear this going on (he was severely damaged himself after the explosion), soon he sees Aki on the ground, whimpering in pain with her empty eye sockets, constantly saying "It hurts... It hurts Uncle Orca."
I'd imagine that right there would get him; after all, he's watched this kid grow up into who she is now and now she's been reduced to a blind quirkless woman in pain and he couldn't do anything to stop it from happening.

Not sure what use her eyes would be though since its extremely hard to rewire them to your own sockets, unless it was done as petty revenge.

In the MHA world, anything is possible.
There's no revenge needed from her or Kugo since All for One has been around way longer than those two. It's more of a matter of how useful the quirks can be to him. If anything it was probably to get to Kugo since, as I said before, he's known Aki since she was eight years old. She's like family to him.
