There's a bit of a story to this one, and a series of photos to go with it.Walking around, snapping pictures with the new camera, I saw this guy ZOOMING across my path. By the time I got the camera started up and started nabbing photos, he was almost in front of me, and I got a good mid-air shot.
So, being the logical creature that I am, I decided to chase him (her?).
While taking photos.
It came out rather well, actually. Rather dramatic.
And... right at the end, he poked his nose back out and SHABAM. I was already zoomed in, and less than 5 feet away, and nabbed this one
Best picture of a chipmunk to date.
