One deviant said that it looks painted. I kinda agree somewhat, it's a very smooth and blended looking fractal, but it's addictive. Reminds me somewhat of artists interpretations of how the brain sends electrical impulses or something. Either that or kind of like tendons. Either way, it looks organic yet technical.

it's brilliant... i feel comfortable trapped inside its twilight surrealism and not because ive taken these pills i found in my bag... its like when your lying down in a tranquil field and its serenity is taken by what you see when you look up... you this this piece of art and it makes you think... i think uve captured alot in this... you could go very far... if only i was there to drain you of your power *sigh* i have no powers

Actually, it doesn't remind me so much of a lightning strike in the sky on earth, or another planet, it makes me think of something far more suttle then that. The lightning traveling through that membrane-like atmosphere reminds me of nerves. The signals that tear through our bodies are not at all unlike the lightning that tears through the sky, and often those same impulses lead to greater devestation.
Of course, a quick search tells me I wasn't the first to interpret the work like this, but by golly, it is awesome anyway!

Although it doesn't immediately recall a literal vision of lightning, I do see a representation of the power and electricity of a lightning storm in the dynamic shape and colors. It really does emote a beautiful sense of distance and depth...beautiful!

It is utterly gorgeous, I must say. I wish, oh how I wish I knew how to do fractal art.
It reminds me of a movie I saw a long time ago, around when I was 2 or so. It scared the eyelashes right off of me, but now, anytime I remember said film it makes me think of maple syrup (I have no idea where the connection comes from).
So, this wonderful piece of work makes me hungry. Good job!
