This is a wonderful fractal! I've tried doing space type fractals with Apophysis, but I don't think I'm very good. If you would be so inclined, could I perhaps obtain the .flame of this fractal to look at and analyze? Send me a note or something please!

Quite amazing. I was actually taken back by this piece. Exceptional color work, playing off of compliments nicely. I've never really seen fractal art, but this makes me think I might need to. It's also very open, which I think makes for a strong piece. I've sene people commenting that it's like fore or wings or a dragon...and I think that people reacting to something as relativly simple as a play of abstract color on black is fantastic. I'm personally reminded of a passage in a book describing the end of the universe. And you are apparently leaving, which is unfortunate as I am now curious in more of your work.

This is a beautiful piece. The colours are defined against the black background. Reminds me of Fire Dragons rising from the ashes.

Since you prefer a real critique, I will offer my opinion. I prefer an image that has more definition to it. This one is nebulous, and is really not that distinguishable from most people's earlier work. This is pretty, but that's my personal preference. I see the beginnings of definition. Congrats on the DD, by the way. I think dA should have people who select DD's who are really familiar with the genre. I think it would help a lot.
I have already suggested to dA that they should let you set your default for the type of critique you want. They like the idea, but haven't done anything with it yet.
