Welcome the model, have a bit of light chat before beginning the shoot. Discuss the shoot, life, expectations and the lot. Break the ice and get comfortable with each other before getting into the sensitive stuff. It doesn't just help the models relax. As a photographer I get nervous too! I always worry I'm gonna make a fool of myself, come off as a 'guy with camera' or worse- make the model uncomfortable. This was Nonna's first actual nude shoot and toons get nervous same as us!

Nonna is a toon working in the 'real world' outside Toontown. Supplementing her income as a model. This shoot was on board the Queen Mary and this is actually one of the first shots of the set. But she looked cute sitting there so I decided to share.
