More relevantly, even youtubers, like Noble of Lost Pause. Again, the price of fame, Jaiden is well beloved, and her character is cute. It'd be more surprising if she DIDN'T get fetish art(also apparently, she did a fanart showcase where she included a muscle girl pic of herself, so she might actually be aware of this community).

Musical Girl? There's plenty of art of musicians. And consent is irrelevant because it's parody, it's fan art, it's fair use(even - ESPECIALLY, if it's warped via fetish(because she or her character isn't actually fat, drawing them as fat, is by definition parody)).
Also, color isn't everything, japanese manga is proof of that. Yeah, this work isn't on the level of professionalism as a mangaka, but it's lack of color doesn't make it bad(the lack of drawing skill makes it bad(but that'll change with practise)). It's a sketch afterall.
