I know this isn't supposed to be realistic, but there's one problem with a plan like this. If all male humans are gone, if it spreads a good amount and it stays on the person who got it like an std or something to that effect, then there is no way to reproduce. Unless of course the women is crazy and wants the last generation of humanity to be female, then she either didn't think it through enough, or her emotions blinded her from seeing the bigger picture. Or I think too much, which ever comes first.
