My half of the art trade withjust because there's a bright, shiny, new flavor of gum (that you've never before seen on your extensive grocery-store travels) in the little shelf in the check out isle, next to the gossipy celebrity magazines... doesn't necessarily mean that you should try it!
PS: what do you think'll happen to the other pieces of gum on the ground? if you come up with something awesome I might make a sequel.

An alien scout ship lands and one of the aliens eats the gum and transforms. They leave thinking our planet is to dangerous to land on ever again.

If we had that kind of technology we'd probably be something to fear. Assuming we're not already, what with our nuclear weapons and our expensive war helicopters. All we really need is a death ray that works both onto the planet and out into space and we'd be good.

The gum gets absorbed into the ground and then into the water system, spreading its TG qualities through every male in the city. A corporation does studies on the water and bottles it. The water becomes insanely popular and eventually the entire world is populated with women, no more men at all. The only three men left are the astronauts/cosmonauts on the International Space Station; it's decided to not let them drink the water, as they're the only remaining sources of sperm left to the human race outside of the sperm banks. It takes at least three generations before the waters' effects wear off enough to allow a new male to be born, and even then, the new males are very feminine and have fully-developed breasts and secondary sexual characteristics.
