Just tryin to work though that pesky art block by re-drawing what I always thought was my "first decent sequence"
I accidentally made the cross-faded af guy from the first one pretty hot. oops.

Well this just shows your improvement in techniques over the years. Your shading has improved dramatically as evidenced in the arms and hair. Your forms are a little more on point, and the color shifts are more subtle and smooth.

You are succeeding. I follow your work and you display that wonderful character combination of cartoon with realsitic expressions. I originally thought my doodles would be more like that but I seem to go towards a more realistic look.
You have a good flow to your sequences. They never come across as clunky and the character in the 1st panel feels like the character in the last panel no matter how transformed they become.
