I've definitely got a couple works where subjects are expecting/pleased with their transformations, but since most of my TG works at this point are commissions, there's not a lot of variety, simply because people don't seem to be that interested in willful transformations. my personal theory is simply lack of conflict. if you have someone transforming (in a self contained sequence or comic page) and they're shocked or scared or angry, then something's really happening, theres a story there. if there's no conflict it's a lot harder to make it interesting. That being said there is a person who seeks out and ultimately (after some hijinks) succeeds in transforming into a woman willingly in TGP Vol. 2.
