Anyway, you did a pretty great job with this overall! It's simple but has bright colors which really catch the eye. (I guess that's why I clicked on yours when looking for something to comment on >.>) The chibi is adorable (and especially poor little Pudding-chan) and the action is clearly seen through the multiple hands and spoons that represent the quick eating. The simple solid colors and shading aren't bad at all and it looks like you got them pretty good, especially for the hair!
For a suggestion, I'd say that perhaps you could vary the thickness (and pressure) when it comes to the line art and outlines. Honestly, having the same line thickness for line art of the entire piece doesn't look bad here, but I guess varying the thickness would make it look better. The lines also look a bit wobbly so I guess making swifter and longer strokes would help make them look cleaner. For example, the outlines of the hair have some bumps in them. I'm guessing that's where you ended your stroke and added another. I believe it'd look less bumpy and more continuous with the aforementioned method, but do what you will, it depends on what you want to adapt. 
That's pretty much the one issue I notice right now. I still can't deny that it's an adorable piece, though! Great job, and keep it up!

Oh my god this is so adorable! I love the colors and how they are bright ,but not harmful to the eyes. The purple and cyan go very well together and the pudding being a warm color works nicely to add contrast to the girl. The back being a lighter hue of the girl's colors works well too. The motion of multiple hands is great too. Showing movement of fast she is eating the food. The faces are so funny too. Seeing how happy she is to eat the pudding and the pudding getting mad telling her to stop. The shading is well done with the clothes and furniture. Having the clothes fold the way they do is wonderful showing she is bent over some to eat. The highlights in the hair and eyes are cute too ,but it looks odd with nothing else being highlighted. The lines on things like the chair are also a little wavy I noticed. Maybe use the ruler on your program or look at the options to make your lines straighter. Other than that it's still very well done and adorable. Please keep up the wonderful work and keep drawing. I would love seeing more in the future!

I rushed it with the chair and highlights, mainly because my friend already finished mine and I felt the need to finish the trade for Kuro ASAP. it's on me though, there was no deadline and I could have spend more time to work on it. But hey! Thanks for the complements,it makes me very happy that you like it and I'll make more of these soon!
