A.k.a The Bogeyman. You all know his legend. The monster under your bed. The thing in your closet. The beat that goes bump in the night.

Well as it turns out...he's one of the good guys, and he's good friends with the dear Sandman......however that doesn't stop him from being a little bad every now and then.

He a shape-shifter, and is able to take on many different forms to lure Dreamers into his nightmares to have some fun. Though he usually gets carried away, not thinking about his actions, causing the nightmares to spin out of control leading to Rawhead and Sandman cleaning up the mess.

Despite his mischievous, and big headed nature Tom can also be a nice guy, when he's not scaring people that is. It's also his job to help protect the people of the Dream Realm from harm, that's why he's Chief of the Dream Realm Authority System (D.R.A.S). He loves his job in protecting both Dreams and sometimes even Dreamer's from the of deadly nightmare's who are out of control.
