Description
It's another DA member monthly picture and on the agenda for May is the super-female powerhouse from the camp of known as Trans. When I began perusing on this site it didn't take long to get a gander of this lovely representation of explosive strength and beauty. Don't know if that was what he was going for, but MTM definately has a unique OC on his roster.
Love the way this pic came out for the most part. Had a bit of trouble with the energy emissions from her eyes. Really wanted a light glow effect to pulsate from her eyes, but PS6 just didn't have the effects set to give me the look I wanted(or my unknowing of the full scope of the program, which ever comes first
Trans is the OC of
Side note for reference credit to and for their amazing renditions of the lady. I can now contently add to the mix

First off, let me say thanks for you taking the time to make this. I really appreciate it.
After the initial crit, looks like you cleaned up a lot of the stuff I pointed out. Good job. You got her proportions down well, which I find interesting since your girls tend to run to the tall side. She *is* a bit bustier than I draw her, not that I'm complaining.
You might want to try rounding things like where her thighs emerge from her costume- it kind of flattens that area out when it's a straight line like you have there. It curves a little at the top, but there should probably be more of a curve all around- her thighs are round, and the material's forced to curve around it.
The straight highlight on her left breast (on the right side of the image) also flattens it out instead of making it look rounded, as it's a straight line, like you might get on a chrome plate or other flat object, as opposed to a spandex-clad, nearly spherical boob... It's also a little strange to have such a bright spot in a soft shadow like that, but I'll leave that to artistic interpretation. The other highlights, like the two on her right breast, work well, I think. I'm a little surprised that you left the lower parts of her legs (most notably her feet) unshaded; they look surprisingly bare.
And I've never had to figure out how the back of her costume looks- all I've ever had to figure out was where the epaulets went. Good job with creating a neckline- that's canon now.
Good job, GG. Your offering pleases me.

:cracks knuckles::, I was concerned you were going to send a hit my way.
Thanks as always for your straight-forwordness in your critiques. I see the points your were mentioning. In trying to get the right muscular depth for her legs I did lose out a bit on the costume and thigh flow. I'll know next time to give her that form-fitting look better.
As for the highlights, still getting use to them being set right. It's almost as if I subconsciencely set that up the way it should be on her right and got lazy with it on her left. Further pics showing this I'll have an ideal for.
Figured T was a tall gal, but probably not as tall as most of my female subjects. So figuring 5'10" to 6'9" was a good range for her height.
Boob size that's a gimme!
Over all I'm glad you like the representation of your lady from the GG camp(yeah!). I'll talk to you later.

Thanks, let me know if I'm ever being too blunt.
Knowing how the costume should flow around the thigh area would be helpful for a lot of your work. It'd help add depth to your images.
As far as the highlights go, don't worry about it too much- you were on the right track with the left side, just not enough follow-through. It might also have been the tools you were using Lights are weird- I'm still trying to figure it out myself. I need to take a class or something.
