Description
With a dream to bring smiles and grinning faces to every pony, stallion, filly, and colt she ever met Icy Sweets knows no limit to compassion and love. Having grown up in the Lightheart Home for Children, an orphanage in a little town west of Baltimare, it was here that a few fillies and colts watched and waited for the day that they could find a home. But, to the little blue filly, that wasn't good enough. One day she got into the pantry and went to work. She'd do what she could to make a rainy, gloomy day just a bit better. That's when she found the freezer, and the ice cream inside. It was supposed to be for special occasions, but this curious filly had other plans. When the smoke cleared and the daykeepers were able to figure out what happened, they had a whole slew of fillies and colts practically passed out. Ice cream had made its way around, then there had somehow been fashioned a makeshift fort of couch cushions and chairs... then the war had begun. Snowballs made of French Vanilla had been the ammunition, the Neopolitan had been simply for eating. It was a massacre, and ice cream was everywhere. Still, there hadn't been a time like that for a while, and every filly and colt was smiling despite being either asleep from eating too much or having been nailed by a ice cream-ball. The battle had been hard fought for fun, and no pony even fessed up to who started it.
That was just the first of any number of pranks dealt by the deviously excitable Icy Sweets. While her first dealings with ice cream was more projectile than confection, her skills improved. By the time she had her cutie mark she was making her own flavors using an old crank-run blender. All the while she loved to play jokes and pranks on her friends and keepers. They generally became more tolerable, though nobody likes an ice cube stuck in their pillow. By the time she was in her teens, Icy Sweets had taken up a lot of the duties the Keepers used to. Looking after the little fillies and colts, and being the big sister to the older ones. It was becoming apparent though that every visit by potential parents ended in another friend leaving home, and Icy Sweets remained at Lightheart Home for Children.
Unwilling to let this get her down, the insufferable optimism Icy Sweets was smitten with was infectious to the core. She shared her happiness and love of delicious cold delights with any who would even give her a passing glance. By the time she became old enough to leave Lightheart, she set out immediately to do as she always wanted... open an ice-cream parlor! Well, she made it halfway. She has her own ice-cream cart which she pulls around to any and all cities she can reach. Forever on the move, she shares her unique inventions of flavor for as little as a smile, relying more on the goodwill of ponies she meets to make her dues. Also, she does have a slight tendency to indulge in her own wares, which despite a fit and capable physique has led to a slight... "pudge."
Now, having been dealing in ice-creams for nearly three years she is widely known all around Equestria. The wandering ice-cream vendor with a heart of love and an infectious smile. That and she is equally known for leaving behind some harmless pranks in whatever town she stays in for more than a day or two. While she loves to meet new ponies, Icy Sweets does have a particular love for Canterlot. A secret buyer once purchased her entire stock for the day in return for a heart-shaped jewel. Unwilling to part with it, the jewel is now a permanent accessory to Icy Sweet's appearance.
So, if out and about and you hear a very catchy tune being whistled and the occasional cry of delight, an investigation may yield one of two things. Either a unique treat to share, or a prank to remember for a long time. Actually... likely both, in that order.

Well, it is a lot more built, we were working on the fortress and an Atlantis like place, but her compy broke so waiting on that now. That and a whole other world that is way more built up

I hear that, and I thought conventions were madhouses... ooh boy, nuh uh.
University life is chaos sometimes

- Chaos!
I love chaos, i actually study it right now in my physics classes

Chaos Theory as a principle of Quantum Mechanics
Literally the first thing the professor said was in the class we would learn how 1+1 can equal 3

Sounds weird, doesnt that go against all maths and science?

It goes against conventional math and science, but is the variable allowance for deviation as most macro and micro formulaic principle always has

So you're saying it's 'what if'?

A form of measurable what if, though still largely theoretical. The issue is once we go super big, or super small physics goes nuts. Stars older than the universe, particles moving faster than light, or BACKWARDS in time
Chaos theory is a quantifiable manner of scaling these events towards a "common denominator"

Its an excuse to try and explain things that defy the laws of physics as we know it, and applies mathematical principle to allow those excuses to work with present law. Its a factor of applicable deviance. Just because something happens differently does not mean that it happened wrong, because chaos is a constant

Yeah, it's complicated but it is awesome.
Most fun thing in it is studying outer space. Space is chaos theory incarnate. So much crap happens and we have no clue why, so we guess and the establish theory... then comes in chaos theory to say "maybe cuz this, but why not because of this?"
Then we have math together, its glorious

It can be, but it is a ton of fun because you toy around with all kinds of stuff and bend what would normally be accepted as physical law
