Here is the final! Now, remember when i said remember that those are streamers? yeah? good! she is tied with streamers! streamers are not sticky, therefore if she lets go of that stick in her hands her wrists will be freed...some people i showed the sketch to called this weird because they didnt understand what she was tied with and why the captor was saying what hes saying. so now that thats out of the way...
Did the lineart and color in flash then went into photoshop to see if i could make the background better by adding a reflection to the gym floor she is on. i think it came out rather nice. anyways,

what? look i explained it very clearly.. streamers are ribbon. streamers arnt sticky. these streamers are simply wrapped around her. if she lets go of the stick she can easily become untied. now unless youre talking about the "regret it" part there is nothing really behind that. just a verbal threat
