Found a lovely picture on dA (here: [link] ) and wanted to try and paint it in Photoshop.This is my first attempt at a colour portrait of a person from a reference.
Let me know what you think. Critiques very welcome! I need to learn! :-D

Keep it up, you've got amazing skills, and what LonLarsen said is quite wise: in a couple of years, you'll be surprised how much you progressed in speed, accuracy, colors and composition.

Most welcome, but I wouldn't call them errors, more like a "path toward ultra amazing stuff"

Then keep heading down that path and you will evolve, from my experience, a lot more... and it may even take you less time than you might think
