He learned the truth when he looked up and saw Gianna's blurry face in the distance. And that meant...

It turned out that when he ran away he accidentally activated the shrinker. He was now in the canyon, which was an imperfection of her white-painted toenail, unnoticeable to the naked eye. He reached into his pocket to pull out the shrinker, but didn't find it. It must have fallen out of his hand. Fortunately, he spotted it on a cliff ledge not too far from him. He had to act quickly before the giantess finished playing and chose to get up
