Every single program I tried crashed while trying to render this, so I had to do things manually.

Using minimap mod included in tekkit I just walk around the world, take screenshots of minimap and compose it later in GIMP to something like this

It took couple hours but I was exploring and building this map on the fly, it would be a lot faster if I walked in grid-like manner, a lot of terrain overleaped between screenshots.
