This is a very good piece~
One of the main things I'd say is to make the glass less of a blue color. Unless it's stained glass it should usually be more see through.
Also, I can understand that it's your style and all, but the eyes and eyebrows seem a little large. I've seen some large eyed styles that look nice! But, the eye here is just a little too big for the face.
Also, you should look at more hand refs, and the fingerprints don't show as prominent as you've drawn them. Though, the colors are very nice!
