Hey,New drawing of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson aka Bella Swan and Edward Cullen from the Twilight series. I really grew fond of the drawing process towards the end and although I was happy to finally finish, I was also a little disappointed that I wouldn't get to work on it anymore lol
I must admit, I did enjoy the first movie. Not so much the second though.
The drawing was done on Bristol Board with the following pencils:
H, 4H, HB, 2B, 5B, 6B
0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.7mm and 0.9mm mechanical
...so pretty much every pencil I have lol

Hi,
I chose to draw this particular image as I liked the composition, the technical challenge of the different textures and the contrasting tonal ranges. I saw it as a good exercise to improve my skill.

wow was this a real pic or u thought this up? I love ur use of ALL ur pencils. lol I only use some of mine all the time depending on the tones involved. This is excellent. Have any tips?

That's from a real reference picture. I don't use all of my pencils all of the time. On the Rihanna drawing I only used three mechanical pencils - just whatever is needed 
Tips, well I think the most important one for me is to take your time. As much as you need to feel at least a little satisfied.

Thank you. I never keep track of how long a drawing takes. Could be 20, 30, 40+ hours, not too sure
