Description
Hey,New drawing of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson aka Bella Swan and Edward Cullen from the Twilight series. I really grew fond of the drawing process towards the end and although I was happy to finally finish, I was also a little disappointed that I wouldn't get to work on it anymore lol
I must admit, I did enjoy the first movie. Not so much the second though.
The drawing was done on Bristol Board with the following pencils:
H, 4H, HB, 2B, 5B, 6B
0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.7mm and 0.9mm mechanical
...so pretty much every pencil I have lol
Thank you for taking the time to look
Peace
G

I love your gallery. Would you like to enter a Twilight contest with cool prizes (Edward plushie, premium membership, etc)? Here are the details: [link]

Hi, thanks
For the background I shaded in small circles (like circulism) and blended with a paintbrush

it's very good but kristen's chin is too big, shadows are done beautifully

Geeze...this is drop dead gorgeous!
Both models have such a great countenance to their faces. You certainly captured the desire in this piece!
Beautiful range of values with great contrast.
And great technique on display in the use of value changes and transitions to show the planes and contours of the bodies and fabrics.
It's a sterling piece of work!
